Aeron Estates is a family owned, family run company based in mid-Wales. Aeron Estates is not an Estate Agency; purely a private property introduction.
Although we also support and promote properties throughout the UK, we started out local to home in the county of Carmarthenshire in order to sell, exchange and promote our own, family property. This soon extended to property belonging to friends.
The Idea
The idea behind Aeron Estates is to provide home and land owners with the option and opportunity to sell, arrange an exchange or promote their property privately, themselves without the cost or hassle of a ‘middle man’ who generally charges a percentage on completion.
In addition to this, it is more and more apparent that advertising is not global enough these days.
People don’t just browse a local town or area first-hand in order to find a property. This method enables the user to advertise in multiple areas (through various means) using one point of reference for their property.
